DFC fills a critical gap by combining policy/legal monitoring, youth‑focused awareness and capacity building, and rapid, preparation for evidence‑based advocacy. The team has deep national and international experience in freedom of expression, media freedom, digital rights and digital security. DFC founded Cambodia’s first Khmer‑language digital security platform digitalhub101 and contributes to the Digital Rights Working Group (DRWG), a network of CSOs working to defend civic space online.
